How Fitness Affects your Health
 Fitness was the ability to carry everyday task without feeling too much
fatigue. This can be achieved if your body is in the state of good
health and basically it is due to:

Nutrients come from foods that we eat must be
balance in our diet. There are three basic food groups, the GO, GROW and
GLOW by eating the combination of the three you can achieved balance
diet.

When you eat, your body absorbs the amount of carbohydrates and fats.
Although they are useful but too much of them can do harm. Exercise is
the best way to burn them out. If you move you allow your body to burn
excess fats. There are different ways to exercise your body, it can be
through physical fitness, dancing, and sports or even by just walking
around your locality, working in the garden or doing household chores
you are doing an exercise. Therefore you are not required to go to the
gym everyday to be physically fit, you can turn your daily activities at
home into a healthful exercise.

Research shows that sleep is an essential healing factor that most
physicians failed to recognise. Sleeping allows our body repairs the
damage tissues hence it replenishes our energy and ability to perform
well. If you have not got enough sleep you cannot perform well at work
or at home. Your work and relationship will suffers and at the same time
you are susceptible to illnesses because your body tissues repair
process is undone.
